If you paid a one time setup fee of $150, that includes setup and activation of a basic background template that is customized to your organization (similar to those shown below). Technical creation details can be seen at the bottom of this page.

Technical Background Details

Upon completion of your order, provide us with an image that is 1024 x 768 for 4:3 aspect ratio screens or the actual screen resolution for wide screen formats. Wide aspect ratio LCD Screens are normally 1920 x 1080 pixels in size. Some 16:9 screens actually have a 1024 x 768 pixels of screen resolution (the screen hardware shrinks the vertical down). In this case, your full screen images should be designed at 1024 x 576 pixels of resolution to prevent distortion when it is finally displayed. The image should be provided in illustrator, photoshop, .jpg or .tif format and should have a clear / low contrast area where your content will be displayed. If the file format allows it, add guides or a transparent rectangle as a separate layer to designate where the content will go. Note that content goes over the top of the template, so keep pieces that extend into the clear area to a minimum.

If you are ordering the template with the clock, there should be a circular spot with a reasonable size for the clock and temperature somewhere on the design. The software will place the hands and the temperature over the top of the design, so the background of the clock should be integral to the design.

Upon receipt of the proper images, we will create the special background file and set your account to use it within 5 business days.
