I was recently asked how users interact with their signage accounts. The software interacts with the users by logging into their personal signage account on the web site. They specify the content that they want to see on their screens and if desired, the schedule that they will appear. If it is dynamic content, the servers automatically retrieve any necessary information. Updates made to their signage will be seen a maximum of 2 minutes after the loop signage loop finishes. Emergency override will be seen within 1 minute of the emergency activation and typically within 15 seconds.
