If the victim is still unresponsive, begin chest compressions. Push down in the center of the chest 2 inches, 30 times. Pump hard and fast at the rate of at least 100/minute, faster than once per second.
Tilt the head back and lift the chin. Pinch nose and cover the mouth with yours and blow until you see the chest rise. Give 2 breaths. Each breath should take 1 second.

Be patient. Taking a few extra seconds to complete a stop and keep extra space between cars. It costs you very little time and could avoid a crash.
Make sure your car is prepared for driving every time. Wipe off all windows and mirrors, remove snow from tires, and your hood and roof. Check that your headlights work correctly before taking to the road.
Remember that water and electricity are a bad mix. Do not use electronics in a bathtub or near other water to avoid being electrocuted.
Be wary of electricity utilities including power lines and electrical boxes in your yard.
Stay inside during lightning storms; Avoid high elevations, trees and other objects that attract lightning.
