Creating New Account UsersAs the owner of your digital signage account, you can give access to additional staff within your organization. It's easy. Here's how you do itTo begin creating additional user names for your staff, simply log into your StrandVision account with your USER ID and PASSWORD. It is best if the new user is with you to enter their own security information. They can change what you assign them if they are not available. Then follow these steps:
You will notice that there is a new listing for the user name you just created that lists the Display Group that this user can access, the MODE for this user and their email address. The system has also sent them an email with their login information. If you want to specify the types of emails that they will receive (the default is that they receive all types):
That does it! You've finished the process of adding a new user to your StrandVision Digital Signage account. They can now log in and edit the signage pages for the display group that you specified. To change your own password:
