Cyberbullying is bullying that takes place using electronic technology.
Examples of cyberbullying include mean and hurtful text messages, e-mails, social media posts, and more. They can be direct or indirect, and can escalate to extreme levels.
It's important to report cyberbullying. While the victim may fear this will make them more of a target, there are different ways to report without encouraging the bully.
Confidence is key to stopping bullying. Bullies get satisfaction by causing harm to someone, so if the victim can ignore what they say, they may lose interest.
Don't fight back against the bully. If they are too persistent, just walk away from the area and tell someone, like a teacher.
Stand up for others you see being bullied as well. Resistance in numbers makes it difficult for bullies to attack as effectively. In turn, others may stand up for you, too.
In addition to looking good, Keeping your workplace clean makes it safer.
Trash should be disposed, and spills should cleaned immediately. This will help to prevent slips and falls.
Thank you!
