Get plenty of rest. It's often easy to witness the physical effects of sleep deprivation, but the effects it has on your mental awareness are worse. Get to bed!
Maintain close friendships. The quality of relationships we have has many effects on our emotional wellbeing, not to mention they can support you in times of need.
While a healthy dose of friendship is important, be okay with who you are. You don't need to be constantly surrounded by others. Take some time for you, and be comfortable with it.
Stay organized. Write down all tests and assignments, schedule time for studying, and keep different subjects separate.
Contrary to what many people do, study the hard stuff first. That way it gets done, and the easy stuff will be less of a burden to complete later.
Another very important study habit is to not study...all the time. Make sure you save time to relax and socialize with friends to reduce stress. Sleep is necessary, so don't try to replace it with studying.
Light exercise will help your body be leaner, therefore more prepared, for the aches and pains that naturally come with pregnancy. Yoga is a common pregnancy exercise.
Massages can really help you to relax and let the stress leave your body.
Relaxing in general is a good way to forget about the pain. Relaxed swimming can give the feeling of weightlessness and get rid of stress.
