StrandVision, LLC offers a 60-day money back guarantee on software subscriptions if you are not completely satisfied. Email mjstrand @ StrandVision.com with a description of why you are not satisfied and we will refund all subscription amounts to the original buyer on your behalf. Upon refund to the original buyer, the subscription will be terminated and access to all information removed. Unless otherwise stated, the initial deposit of StrandVision consulting services is non-refundable once work begins. The remaining balance is fully refundable within 30-days of completion if not completely satisfied. All other items must be returned within 15 days and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. StrandVision, LLC will assess a monthly 1.5 percent finance charge on all unpaid balances after 10 days from the invoice date. Accounts with unpaid balances beyond 30 days of the invoice date may cause service to be suspended. Any check or credit card transaction not honored by your bank will result in a $100 collection fee. Authorized partners can determine different terms and conditions for the other products and services they offer.
